Arizona State star Maggie Ewen became only the second female thrower to be selected a finalist for The Bowerman award, following Raven Saunders of Ole Miss last year. Ewen joins Ryan Whiting in 2010 as Arizona State's only Bowerman finalists in the award's nine-year history.
